Tasman Mill
Tasman Mill Tasman offers you the opportunity to enhance the knowledge and skills that you gain at university. There are a range of process equipment such as pressure vessels, recovery and power boilers, dryers and kilns. Work activities range from day to day operational troubleshooting to project work.
In the programme you will spend time in operations, maintenance and engineering. This is a good start in developing your engineering knowledge and gaining an insight into the industry.
There are great opportunities for travel among other things. This year I went to Cincinnati, Ohio for a Recover Boiler Conference - I learnt heaps and made lots of good contacts.
